What Is a Parked Domain? Print

  • 0

Parked domains are unique domains that can be added to your cPanel account and they will display the same content your primary domain has. Parked domains do not have separate traffic statistics. Parked domains are often used by companies for additional advertising purposes. For example, you have domainA.com as a primary cPanel domain, you set domainB.com as your parked domain. When visitors visit domainB.com, it will display content of domainA.com, but address bar will display domainB.com. Mostly parked domains are confused with redirects, but they can be compared with mask forwarding.
